Dear Sisters and Brothers,
Assalamu Allaikum:
I am writing to you for support of ICNA's back2school project.
On the weekend of August 06 and 07, we will be giving away 1600 backpacks with school supplies to families in need at three locations in Houston, InshAllah. The locations are:
Saturday August 06
Helping Hand Office, Royal Center, 11955 Bissonnet, Houston, 77099 - 12noon to 4pm
Musjid Hamza (Mission Bend Musjid), 6233 Tres Laguans, Houston, 77083-1pm to 5pm
Sunday August 7
ASIA Center, 618 Barringer Lane, Webster, 77598 - 12noon to 4pm
The program has been piloted in New York City where last year 4000 backpacks with school supplies were distributed. This year this effort is taking place in major cities across the USA.
We need your support!
Volunteers
We need volunteers to help give out fliers over the next couple of weeks leading up to the event, and volunteers to help giveaway the back packs. If you can help, please email Sr. Erum Quresh

We need donations! Checks can made out to "ICNA Houston" with 'back2school" in the memo section, and sent to:
